About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restoration Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will play a critical role in helping property owners and businesses recover from traumatic events such as fires, floods, and other disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R such as Net Promoter Score of 60
  • Clearly communicate expectations with project managers and adjusters, onsite as needed
  • Profitably scope estimates, sign projects to get started, and communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements
  • Ensure project completes within profit range and service level agreements are hit
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses, as determined by the rotating schedule
  • Participate in local community events and establish relationships with business owners, insurance professionals, and TPA's
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance of the team
Requirements
  • Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
  • Proficient with a variety of current technology
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
