Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Central Commercial and Residential Services Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office administration, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
