Job Title: Vice President, Corporate Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Corporate Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing hedging and financing transactions for our investor, corporate and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute hedging and financing transactions for our clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on financial markets and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial markets and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
