About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Intake Analyst to join our Enterprise Digital team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all lines of business content change requests for publishing on one or multiple digital properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate content change requests from various business stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content changes across our digital properties.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including editors, developers, authors, designers, accessibility, testers, and publishers to deliver content changes.
  • Lead the delivery team through all phases of the change request cycle, ensuring that all requirements are met and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze scope of work, and determine workback schedules.
  • Ensure that all content changes meet Enterprise Digital's audit requirements.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Digital savvy, with a keen interest in technology and a willingness to adapt to new tools and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain open and honest relationships with stakeholders.
