We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Movati Athletic. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities- Instruct challenging and engaging group fitness classes for members of all levels, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all participants.
- Develop and implement effective fitness programs and services to meet the diverse needs of our members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience in our studios.
- Collaborate with the Group Fitness Manager to ensure that all classes are well-organized, well-attended, and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your classes.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 1+ years of related Group Fitness instruction experience, preferably in a fitness studio or gym setting.
- Nationally recognized Fitness Instruction Specialist Certification required.
- NLS certification an asset for Aqua fitness class instruction.
- Additional certifications to teach specialized classes, special populations, and adapted fitness an asset.
