About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Kravings Diner Inc. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Sanitize equipment and utensils according to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Fluent in English.
    • 40 hours per week, permanent position.
