About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Kravings Diner Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Operate dishwashers, wash and sanitize dishes, and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment
  • Restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and paper products
  • Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping food items
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
