Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of eight to ten years of progressive experience in senior management roles.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated success in leadership and human resource management.
- Political acumen and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.

- Proficiency in digital tools and cloud-based systems.
- A relevant degree or diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in both oral and written French is an asset.
