We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Winston's Health Fitness Ctr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
  • Manage switchboard and telephone system
  • Process information and respond to inquiries
  • Perform clerical duties, including filing and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and electronic mail
