Job Title: Vice President, Enterprise Information Security

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Enterprise Information Security program. As Vice President, Enterprise Information Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic information security program that includes risk management, security awareness training, and incident response.
  • Lead the establishment of an information security governance structure, including the development of policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with business units to facilitate information security risk assessments and risk management processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, such as law enforcement and industry peers, to stay informed about relevant threats and trends.
  • Lead and motivate a team of security professionals to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years' experience in information security, with a strong background in technology and risk management.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role, with proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of security professionals.
  • Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
