Position Overview

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on security metrics, risk posture, and strategic initiatives to the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a primary contact for key clients, effectively communicating our security measures and fostering trust.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in information security, with a minimum of 7 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in crafting and executing global information security strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly with C-suite executives and board members.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
  • Thorough understanding of key security frameworks and standards, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), ISO 27001, and COBIT.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing global security team.
Additional Skills
  • Experience in the IT services or data center sector.
  • Knowledge of security considerations in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to data privacy.
  • Ability to articulate complex security concepts in business terms for diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in areas such as Digital Transformation, Threat Intelligence, and Cyber Insurance.

This role may require up to 20% global travel to support our international operations and client relationships.
