Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at FOOD FACTORY KITCHEN & CATERING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our administrative functions, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and advise staff in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Interview, hire, and train staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Develop and manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees to evaluate administrative services.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative management.
  • Strong organizational and team player skills.
