Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Accusonic Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis
- Develop and maintain accurate reports and statistics to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize warehouse operations.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimal stockouts.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to prevent losses and optimize stock levels.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and address any issues.
- Problem-Solving
- Identify and resolve problems related to inventory, shipping, and receiving to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse operations or supply chain management role.
- Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
The Warehouse Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
