Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Accusonic Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain accurate reports and statistics to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimal stockouts.
    • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to prevent losses and optimize stock levels.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and address any issues.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Identify and resolve problems related to inventory, shipping, and receiving to minimize disruptions to operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse operations or supply chain management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
