About the Role

Pacific Coast Recovery Care Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare institution by providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other materials, maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination with staff and external parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely ordering of necessary materials.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both manual and computerized.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
