About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Account Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Business Development
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Track and analyze sales performance and revenue growth.
    • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
