About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Sales Coordinator to join our team at Evertz. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Account Managers in the sales process, preparing quotes, and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Account Managers, including preparing quotes, managing project files, and maintaining client records.
  • Sales Support: Engage in the sales process by researching, preparing, and analyzing data to support our Sales team.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects by reviewing, prioritizing, and actioning requests to meet deadlines.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and documentation, including letters, to support our Sales team.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, answering calls, and greeting staff and visitors.
Requirements
  • Education: College education in a related field, such as Business or Administration.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of office administrative experience and 0-1 year of sales/service sector experience.
