Job Summary

We're seeking a Full-time Crew Member to join our team As a Crew Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Work effectively as a team member, supporting colleagues to achieve service goals
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Serve food and beverages, including cold and hot drinks, using our milkshake and frozen custard machines
  • Notify kitchen staff of shortages or special orders, ensuring seamless service
  • Maintain food safety regulations, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, and sweep and mop floors
  • May cook or portion fries or perform other minor duties to prepare food and serve customers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant is preferred
  • A food handling certificate is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
