A&W is seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the A&W brand values.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure smooth operations and meet service goals.
  • Handle cash register transactions, process orders, and provide accurate billing.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including milkshakes, frozen custard, and coffee.
  • Communicate customer requests and special orders to the kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in dining areas and guest facilities.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, such as cooking fries, when needed.
What We Look For:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred.
  • A food handling certificate is an asset.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
