Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Full-time Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working effectively with your team, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Delight guests with friendly and caring service, representing the A&W brand.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with co-workers to achieve service goals and deliver outstanding results.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, take orders, receive payments, and compute bills.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve cold and hot drinks, use the milkshake or frozen custard machine, and cook or apportion fries.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following food safety regulations and health standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast food restaurant is preferred.
  • Certifications: A food handling certificate is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and deal well with a variety of people.
