Job Summary:

A&W is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Full-time Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service goals, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve service goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support the success of the restaurant.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages, including operating the milkshake machine and coffee machine.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Housekeeping: Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast food restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Certifications: Food handling certificate is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
