We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bayside Dental Clinic. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting our dental team with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling patient appointments, managing patient records, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, staff, and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Financial Management: Process patient payments, manage accounts receivable, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the appearance of our reception area and washroom, and perform day-to-day tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Education: Post-secondary diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
