Responsabilités

Le Chef de pharmacie est responsable de la gestion de la pharmacie et de l'unité de pharmacie. Il supervise l'ensemble des activités de la pharmacie, y compris la réception, la préparation et la livraison des médicaments, ainsi que la gestion des stocks et des inventaires.

Il est également responsable de la formation et du développement des employés de la pharmacie, ainsi que de la gestion des budgets et des ressources.

Atouts

Le Chef de pharmacie doit avoir une excellente connaissance des médicaments et des produits de santé, ainsi que des procédures et des politiques de la pharmacie.

Il doit également être capable de communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les employés, et de gérer les conflits et les situations difficiles.

En outre, il doit avoir une bonne connaissance des finances et des ressources, et être capable de gérer les budgets et les dépenses de la pharmacie.
