Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with needs analysis and training logistics to ensure effective delivery of training programs
  • Provide technical support and expertise to colleagues and stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain software and manual processes, and train users on their use
  • Prepare technical notes and documentation to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
Requirements
  • General college diploma in a related field
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of English and expert level of written French
  • Action oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
