Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team at 5035424 ONTARIO INC. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will have a strong background in collision repair and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports and provide accurate quotes to customers.
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Plan and coordinate repair work to be performed, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Replace front-end components, body components, doors, and frame, as well as underbody components, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, using specialized equipment and materials.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces, using a range of colors and finishes.
  • Repair or replace interior components, including upholstery, carpets, and trim.
  • Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs, using specialized techniques and equipment.
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors to achieve a perfect match.
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, ensuring a seamless finish.
  • Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment, restoring vehicles to their original condition.
