About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Ortho NDG. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our orthodontic specialists in delivering top-notch treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering dental and office supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing other administrative functions.
  • Instrument Preparation: Prepare dental instruments and filling materials, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
  • Sterilization and Maintenance: Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
  • Patient Care: Assist with patient care, including preparing patients for treatment, taking vital signs, and providing general support during appointments.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies, ensuring that our team has everything needed to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
