About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Laboratory Assistant to join our team at Harmony Dental Laboratory inc. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality dental restorations and appliances are produced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Fabrication: Prepare plaster models and moulds, dental instruments and filling materials, and fabricate and place temporary crowns and restorations.
  • Polishing and Buffing: Polish teeth and clinical crowns, apply fluoride and sealant, and polish and buff dentures.
  • Waxing and Impression Trays: Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a commercial dental laboratory setting.
  • Technical Expertise: Waxing-up and polishing.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is French.
