We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales team in Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada
- Collaborate with sales leadership and business managers to create comprehensive business plans and ensure budget attainment
- Formulate effective customer call strategies to maximize opportunities in each territory
- Utilize pipeline management to ensure sales plans are met and all opportunities are recorded in Salesforce CRM
- Review sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to drive sales growth and revenue
- Provide regular sales analysis and reporting to the Canadian Senior Leadership team
- Develop and implement tactics and strategies to create long-term commitments with key customers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing an effective sales team
- Proven ability to professionally present product features, advantages, and clinical benefits to customers
- Solution-based selling experience
