The Quality Documentation Support Co-op will be based in Toronto, Ontario, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. This is a temporary student position that offers valuable work experience and opportunities for growth and development.

We have a strong student program at J.D. Irving, providing formal and informal opportunities to network with professionals from across the business. This experience will allow you to develop your skills, challenge yourself, and learn from industry-leading experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) document management system in SharePoint.
  • Review and edit documentation with team members, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Convert existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from MS Excel to MS Word or MS Form electronic documents.
  • Develop new SOPs following established formats and guidelines.
  • Submit documents through review and approval workflows and upload to SharePoint.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
