Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Front of House staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead by example and work alongside team members to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Guest Experience and Service
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained across all aspects of the restaurant.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with a similar concept.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
