Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a dynamic restaurant company seeking a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the implementation of operational procedures, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of food and other supplies.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, negotiate with clients, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000
