About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Posta Ital Bar Inc. as an Executive Chef. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in Italian cuisine and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our Italian cuisine, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Lead and train a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, ability to work in a team, and physical stamina to perform kitchen duties.
