Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our Food and Beverage team at Vail Resorts. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests and colleagues. If you are passionate about food, hospitality, and the mountains, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Specifications:

  • Outlets: Roundhouse, Rendezvous, Glacier Creek, Merlin's, Dusty's, the GLC
  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 / hour
  • Shift type: Full and Part Time, weekends and holidays
  • Skill Level: Entry
  • Other: Free Shift Meal

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build connections with guests and colleagues
  • Share our passion for the mountains during service
  • Follow leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
  • Prepare a range of food items in a fun, teamwork-oriented environment
  • Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the work day
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • We will teach you all necessary skills to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
