Job Title: Chef de Partie

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency and quality of all food items prepared for our guests.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
* Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food
* Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings

Requirements:

* Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety procedures
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
