We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our Marketing team at Homewood Health. As an Event Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing a wide range of events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events from conception to execution, including logistics, staffing, sponsorships, and event collateral.
- Event Management: Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful events.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Reporting: Produce event reports, monthly summaries, and regular budget updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, sales, and account management teams to create and execute event-specific marketing plans.
- Problem-Solving: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase event engagement and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Skills: Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong customer service focus.
- Language: Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
