Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular patrols and manage access control
- Effectively de-escalate emergencies and conflicts
- Maintain safety and security for all individuals on-site
- Assist clients and staff as needed
- Document incidents and prepare reports
- Respond promptly to emergencies
- Exhibit strong customer service skills, especially under pressure
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
- Monitor security concerns and escalate as necessary
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services
- Ensure the safety of all individuals within the facility
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures

Prerequisites:
- Immunization records (TB, MMR, Varicella)
- COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
- Valid Security Guard License
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification (Level C)
- Vulnerable Sector Check upon hiring
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- 1-2 years of security experience preferred
- Diploma in Justice Studies or related field is an asset
