Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel
  • Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning operations
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost assessments for cleaning services
  • Advise on additional services needed, such as maintenance or renovations
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning tasks
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Supervision

You will oversee a small team of 1 to 2 cleaning staff.
