About the Role

Fraserview Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

We are looking for a candidate who can recruit, train, and develop the skills of our cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for preparing budgets and cost estimates for our cleaning operations, ensuring that we are operating within our means.

Recommend Additional Services

You will be responsible for recommending additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.

Maintain Financial Records

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including receipts, invoices, and payment records.

Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties

You will be responsible for assisting our cleaning staff in performing their duties, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks effectively.

Coordinate Work Activities with Other Departments

You will be responsible for coordinating work activities with other departments, ensuring that our cleaning operations are integrated with other business functions.

Establish Work Schedules

You will be responsible for establishing work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate to be considered for this role.

1 to Less than 7 Months of Experience

You must have at least 1 month but less than 7 months of experience in a related field to be considered for this role.

English Language Proficiency

You must be proficient in the English language to be considered for this role.

Working Conditions
  • 35 to 40 Hours per Week

You will be required to work 35 to 40 hours per week, depending on the needs of the business.
