Job Summary

Great Canadian Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at River Rock Casino Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
