We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Partnerships to join our team at Dialogue. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to nurture and expand our largest strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Mentor a Team: Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers and specialists, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner key stakeholders, ensuring partner satisfaction and progress towards KPIs.
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to establish and grow the partnership that align with company goals and drive product adoption.
- Ensure Exceptional Service: Ensure exceptional service to senior partners, enhance partnership growth, driving sales targets, and managing a $30 million ARR channel.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams (C-Suite, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Engineering) to align on, develop and execute new business and pricing models.
- Grow Partnerships: Develop strategies to grow partnerships, conduct market research, and tailor approaches to sector trends.
- Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective SaaS integration, monitor partnership performance, and present insights to senior management.
- Negotiate and Manage Agreements: Negotiate and manage agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals.
- Represent the Company: Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends and technologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS, with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Expertise: Expertise in managing complex partnerships and international markets, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and technology solutions.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, proficient in CRM and partnership management tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (US) as needed.
