About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our Workforce Planning team at Aritzia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our labor allocation and maximizing our labor outputs to support the success and growth of our Supply Chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a long-term strategic model to direct labor planning and scheduling
  • Optimize labor spending and productivity through data analysis and process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and process scheduling inputs
  • Build and publish optimized schedules to ensure efficient labor allocation
  • Support the business with live week schedule changes and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Proven skills and certifications in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A commitment to quality and delivering results that add value to the business

Aritzia offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
