Talent Management Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Specialist in Talent Management for Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the organization consistently attracts top-tier Supply Chain talent to meet business demands through timely and effective strategies.
- Facilitating the acquisition of exceptional Supply Chain professionals for the organization.
- Enhancing productivity and cultural assimilation while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Guiding sound personnel decisions through precise evaluations of performance and potential.
- Fostering the development and growth of high-performing Supply Chain talent.
- Encouraging sustained performance and dedication to Aritzia.
- Efficiently aligning resources with business requirements while reducing waste.
- Promoting ongoing performance and commitment through strategic and prudent financial solutions.
- Accelerating stabilization and productivity with minimal interruptions to business flow.
- Providing support to employees through equitable and consistent practices while mitigating unnecessary risks.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
The ideal candidate for the Specialist in Talent Management for Supply Chain will possess:
- Demonstrated expertise, certifications, education, and/or experience in: Comprehensive People & Culture knowledge and experience in supporting backend personnel processes.
- A strong commitment to understanding and applying Aritzia's core values and principles of Business and People Leadership.
- The capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A dedication to quality and a focus on delivering results that enhance business value.
COMPENSATION DETAILS
The standard salary range for this role is $50,000 – $125,000 CAD annually. The final salary will be determined based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
