Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Plan and execute inventory management processes to ensure a well-stocked store for our customers.
  • Merchandising Standards: Develop and maintain merchandising standards and visual displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of inventory management specialists to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding products and resolving issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory management, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and inventory management.
