Key Responsibilities:

Achieving Performance Metrics: Focus on delivering results in key areas such as sales growth, profitability, customer engagement, and adherence to safety standards.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to meet daily operational goals.

Operational Oversight: Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations while addressing any necessary disciplinary actions.

Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices to reduce shrinkage and ensure compliance.

Cost Management: Monitor store expenses to maintain profitability and operational efficiency.

Customer Interaction: Foster a respectful and positive environment, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to enhance customer experiences.

Collaboration with Corporate Departments: Work closely with various departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Completion of a College or University Degree or Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a retail or wholesale environment is ideal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Warehouse Management and Point of Sale systems are essential.

Type of Role: This is a full-time permanent position requiring 48 hours per week. Benefits include health and dental coverage, as well as an annual performance-based bonus.
