Position Title: Inventory Specialist

Position Overview:

  • Establish a serene environment by managing store merchandise, restocking inventory, and sharing product insights with customers.
  • Oversee daily stockroom functions, ensuring organized shipping supplies and accessible storage solutions.
  • Accurately and promptly handle incoming and outgoing shipments in accordance with Retail Operations guidelines.
  • Engage in store meetings, compile reports, and address inventory questions and inconsistencies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service and inventory management
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on productivity
  • Excellent communication abilities and numerical proficiency
  • Team player with proactive problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities as required to support operations

Compensation Range: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
