About the Role

NutrizA Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, from receiving and storing goods to processing orders and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Order Processing: Process purchase orders, requisition orders, and other documents related to inventory management.
  • Stock Rotation and Maintenance: Implement and maintain a stock rotation system to ensure that inventory is used in a first-in, first-out manner.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that inventory is in good condition and meets company standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
