We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team at The Curry Pot Indian & Nepalese Cuisine Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for cooking and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
- Qualifications: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a kitchen environment.
- Work Environment: The position is based in a restaurant setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
- Cuisine Focus: Specializing in South Indian, East Indian, and West Indian dishes.
