The Third Cook plays a vital role in our culinary team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a kitchen environment.
Work Environment

This position includes staff accommodation and provides a supportive atmosphere for culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Follow specific dietary instructions to create meals for patients as directed by the dietitian or head chef.
  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and work areas.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
