Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train junior cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food.
  • Assist in menu planning and ensure that food meets quality standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
