- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of financial systems, building management systems, and industry-specific software.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or other industry certifications.
- Experience with critical system environments, leasing, construction, engineering, and property operations.
