Wealth Management Lead Expert Position

National Bank Financial Wealth Management is seeking a Lead Expert to join their team. As the Lead Expert, you will oversee a team of planners providing financial and estate planning services to wealth management advisors and their clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team supporting financial and estate planning services
  • Prioritize and hire team members
  • Promote the National Bank brand to organizations and planners
  • Maximize team performance and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure alignment of strategies with national leaders
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Participate in client meetings and support team members
Requirements:
  • Hold a TEP or financial planning accreditation
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial and estate planning
  • Experience in team management and leadership
